AI Career Mentor provides AI-powered career guidance and mentoring services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.​

 

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

  • Accounts are for individual use only

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Terms violation

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Extended inactivity

  • Inappropriate behavior

 

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Use services legally and ethically

  • Respect intellectual property rights

 

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

  • Kickstart Plan: $15/month

  • Next Level Plan: $25/month

  • Gamechanger Plan: $40/month 

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

  • 30-day free trial available for new users

5.2 Cancellation

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time

  • Pro-rated refunds are not provided

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours before billing cycle

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by CareerTech Solutions, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Career decisions made using our guidance

  • Service interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Indirect damages

 

8. Disclaimers

  • Services provided "as is"

  • No guarantee of specific career outcomes

  • AI guidance is supplementary to professional advice

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California State law and any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Clara County, California.
